Calendar events:

Monday: Terra Nova testing for grades 7-11

Tuesday: Camden Riversharks Game for all Distinguished Honors students.

Dates coming up!  

Signing Day: On May 20^th, the entire school will be traveling to the Liacouras Center at Temple University from 11:30am to 3:00pm to honor this year’s graduating class and recognize their commitment to a college or university of their choice for next year.  Again, this is an incredible step in creating a successful college student, even for a 7^th grader, so we need all of our students to attend. Therefore, please return the permission slip with your child no later than next Wednesday, May 15^th or they will not be able to attend.  This is also an opportunity you do not want them to miss!

• Wednesday, June 19th: 8th Grade Move up day

• Thursday, June 20th: All School Move up Day. Last day of school for all students. Graduation at 6 PM.

• Wednesday, August 21st: First Day for all students for 2013/2014.

Office Hours

Why does my child stay after school some days?
Answer:Your child has office hours.

Office Hours are a chance for your child to get some small group instruction from their teacher. It happens daily from 3:05 p.m. to 3:53 p.m. except for Wednesday.

Circles and Community Meetings

Sometimes your child has circles and community meetings. They happen once every two weeks for each grade. Circles and community meetings are a chance for team building and a chance for students to discuss current issues with their teachers and fellow classmates:
