Enrollment Information

To enroll at Mastery Charter Harrity Elementary for the current school year (2011-2012):

1. We are currently full, but are accepting wait list applications.
2. You must live in the neighborhood Catchment Area
3. Pick up an application at the school.
4. Fill out the application completely and return all required documents.
5. When a space opens up, the Assistant Principle of Operations will call you to attend 1:1 orientation meeting and your child will be able to begin.

To enroll at Mastery Charter School Harrity Elementary for the upcoming school year (2012-2013):

If you already attend MSCHE:

1. Re-enrollment forms will go home April
2. Re-enrollment forms must be returned by May 18, 2012
3. If you do not return a re-enrollment form you are not guaranteed placement at MCHE.

1. Pick up an application or download hereand return the completed form and supporting documents to the school. The supporting documents are copies of:
   • Proof of residency (i.e. copy of lease, gas bill, electric bill, telephone bill)
   • Birth certificate
   • Social security card
   • Current immunization records (physical and dental)
   • Child’s health insurance card
   • Parent/guardian’s state identification
   • Special education records (if applicable)
2. Your child will be placed on a waitlist in the order applications were recieved. 
3. Your are encouraged to attend an information session prior to starting at MCHE. You should attend the information session closest to your acceptance date.
