Mastery Charter Schools is applying to open a new elementary school in Philadelphia in Fall 2019! The proposed location is 900 W. Jefferson Street in North Philadelphia. The plan is to open it as a Kindergarten – 2nd grade campus and to grow to serve students in K through 8th grade. It will be open to children throughout Philadelphia.
